Since 2012 Snowminds has grown to be one of the Worlds leading ski instructor training companies with training courses and improvement camps in countries such as Austria, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, and Switzerland. As a company built by former ski instructors, the work they do is highly personal and they have successfully trained more than 6,000 ski and snowboard instructors worldwide.

BASI is proud to cooperate with Snowminds and deliver training and exams in both Austria and Switzerland. Together, we deliver courses to obtain both the BASI level 1, 2 and 3, where after a job at a local ski school in Japan and Switzerland can be achieved with the help of Snowminds.

Th Instructor Courses
With BASI, Snowminds offer a wide range of both snowboard and ski instructor courses. The courses vary from 3 weeks until a full winter season. Currently, we cooperate on the following courses.

●      3 week level 1 ski instructor course with a job in Japan

●      3 week level 1 snowboard instructor course with a job in Japan

●      Level 1+2 ski instructor course in Saas-Fee

●      Level 1+2 snowboard instructor course in Verbier


On all courses, experienced BASI coaches will work with you to improve your understanding of different terrain, mountain safety, and everything else you need to become a qualified ski instructor. You will get an unforgettable experience in the snow by developing your ski or snowboard skills, achieving an international ski instructor certification, and have the opportunity to work a winter as a snowboard or ski instructor at a local ski schools.

Job opportunities
After the successful completion of the snowboard or ski instructor course, you will have the chance to work as a ski instructor, which we humbly consider to be the world's best job. Of course, you will have to work hard to achieve your qualification, but we will support you all the way and Snowminds can proudly say they have close to a 100% passing rate on their courses.
