NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that a General Meeting of The British Association of Snowsport Instructors Limited shall be held at The Snowdome, Tamworth, England B79 7ND on 5th November 2011 at 4pm for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing the following resolution:
Ordinary Resolution
‘That Shona Tate or Rob Rees be appointed as Secretary to the Board of Directors, with the candidate chosen being the person with a majority of votes in their favour over those in favour of the other candidates, and with Full and Life Members having the right to vote in favour of one of the two candidates, as follows:
(i) That Shona Tate be appointed as Secretary to the Board of Directors; or
(ii) That Rob Rees be appointed as Secretary to the Board of Directors
